Who is responsible

Information you share
When you submit a registration, we collect your name, email, telephone number, gender, age and availability for 17–24 October, plus any preferences or notes you separately share with the team and acceptance of our policies. Browsing alone does not submit the form. Please do not include passport numbers or sensitive medical information in the form.
Why we use it
We use registration details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange your booking and deliver the camp. Booking and payment records help us keep accounts, handle refunds and prevent fraud. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on steps towards or performance of your contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security and responding to enquiries. We do not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
Service providers and international processing
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Registration and booking records are stored through Supabase when online submission is available. Stripe processes online payments; we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Necessary booking information may be shared with accommodation, transport, meal and training providers in Morocco. We share only what they need to deliver your booking. These services may process information outside your home country, including the United States and Morocco. Where required, we use applicable contractual safeguards for international transfers; contact us for details.
Our registration working copy
When our administrative sync is enabled, registration details and booking payment status are copied to a private Google Sheet for authorised Morbox staff to organise the camp and follow up enquiries. This copy does not contain card numbers or security codes. Google processes this information as a service provider. Requests for correction or deletion cover both the booking database and this working copy, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Optional website analytics
Only after you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics (ID G-6808RFCEYG) measures website visits and usage. Google may process browser/device information, IP-derived approximate location, page addresses and cookie identifiers, including outside your country. Our tag uses Basic Consent Mode: the Google library is not requested before acceptance. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this integration. We configure page addresses without query strings or fragments and referrers without paths or queries; private payment-return pages are excluded. We do not send registration fields or card details to Google Analytics. See Google’s privacy policy. Rejecting or withdrawing optional consent does not affect booking.
Payment information
We keep payment references, amounts, status, invoice references and the booking they relate to. Stripe handles card details under its privacy policy. A successful payment must be verified before it is recorded as paid.
Retention and security
We aim to delete unconverted enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Booking, invoice and refund records are retained for applicable accounting, legal and dispute requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Preferences no longer needed to deliver the camp should be removed sooner. Access to registration records is restricted to authorised staff and service providers. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an export of your information, or to object to a use where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained by law. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the ICO in the UK or your local EU supervisory authority. Contact us privately to discuss essential allergy or accessibility information before booking.
Optional advertising measurement
Only if you accept marketing cookies, Meta Pixel (ID 965244736005015) measures page visits, successfully saved registrations (Lead), the start of Stripe checkout (InitiateCheckout), and clicks on our call and WhatsApp links (Contact), to measure Facebook and Instagram ads and support relevant advertising. Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page address, referring page and advertising identifiers, and use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not pass registration fields or card details to the Pixel. Automatic form matching is disabled in our integration, and payment-return URLs containing booking or session identifiers are excluded. Processing may occur outside your country. See Meta’s privacy policy. You can reject optional tracking without affecting booking and withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer.
