Cancellation rules for the first Morbox Camp, 17–24 October 2026.
Updated 7 October 2026 for new bookings at £349 with a £99 deposit. Earlier bookings retain the price agreed at booking. This full-refund deadline applies to this October camp.
Cancel by 16 October 2026
If we receive your cancellation by 23:59 Morocco local time on 16 October 2026, we will refund all camp payments, including your £99 deposit.
Cancel on 17 October, before camp begins
Any cancellation charge is limited to our documented, non-recoverable loss for your booking, capped at £99. We deduct savings and amounts recovered by filling your place. We refund the remainder of your camp payments and provide an explanation of any deduction. The deposit is not automatically forfeited.
If Morbox cancels or cannot provide your place
You receive a full refund of all camp payments to Morbox. You can choose an alternative date if offered, but you do not have to accept a voucher or replacement camp. Statutory rights to refunds, compensation or other remedies are not limited by this policy.
After the camp begins
If you leave early or miss a session voluntarily, contact us immediately. We assess any refund for unused services against costs actually incurred, savings and recoveries. No deduction will exceed the price of the unused services. If a service is not provided as agreed, your applicable rights remain available.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email Info@morboxcamp.com with your name and booking or Stripe receipt reference. Never send full card details. We assess cancellation as of when your email is received. Refunds owed are initiated without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation, normally to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Travel you book separately
Flights, visas, travel insurance and independently booked services are excluded from the camp price. Their suppliers’ cancellation rules apply. This does not exclude any liability or reimbursement right that the law requires Morbox to provide.
Your legal rights
These are our voluntary cancellation terms. They do not remove stronger rights under applicable consumer or package-travel law, including rights arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Where the law requires a larger refund or shorter deadline, the law takes priority.
